Our motto is “Safety First” and this is followed unerringly by striving to ensure: 

Compliance with health and safety Statutory Laws and Regulations.

The management ensures these rules and regulations are followed religiously in all areas that the company operates in.

We undertake risk analysis and also commensurate action to mitigate these risks. Nothing takes priority over safety.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is availed to all staff at work within the yard and to all our drivers and turn men to reduce any further risks.

Staff is trained continuously to ensure they are well equipped with skills to carry out their assigned jobs eectively and safely.

New Generation Self Service Store Ltd has put great emphasis on QHSE compliance and all the company’s drivers have the standard QHSE uniforms, safety boots, hard hats and gloves.

Further, each truck is checked for QHSE compliance before each loading at any of our client’s premises. In addition to this, each truck is fitted and/or equipped with:

  • Beacon lights
  • Fire extinguishers
  • Reverse beepers
  • First aid kits
  • Warning triangles
  • Cut-out switches.
  • Speed governors
